Nickel 200 Plates (UNS N02200) are non-ferrous metals with properties like high strength and toughness, first-rate corrosion resistance, and high temperature. Our Nickel 200 sheets offer a variety of properties such as corrosion resistance, machinability and weldability. Nickel 201 Plates can be used in applications for aerospace, whereas high corrosion resistance Nickel 201 Sheets are generally used in marine applications. These Nickel 200 Plates as well inventoried in fully clad form to boost corrosion resistance. Alloy 200 Sheets is a commercially pure nickel that exhibits good corrosion resistance and has rather low electrical resistivity. This low electrical resistivity of Alloy 200 Plates has allowed its use as conducting leads and terminals in electrical and electronic components. Heat treatment of Nickel 201 Plates should be performed in the range of 760 Degree C to 1050 Degree C followed by rapid cooling. Alloy 201 Sheets Plates (UNS N02201) are often used in electronic parts, aerospace and missile components, handling equipment and food processing, rechargeable batteries, surgical equipment, etc. These Nickel Alloy 200 / 201 sheets, plates and coils can further be customized in terms of sizes and thicknesses as per specific requirements of our clients.
